उपा और टूथ फेयरी: Bedtime story in Hindi
उपा का एक ढीला दांत था। और वह चिंतित थी कि जब वह बाहर आएगा तो क्या होगा। उसने अपनी माँ से पूछा, मेरा दाँत हिल रहा है। क्या यह नीकल आएगा? हाँ, उपा आपका विगली टूथ एक बेबी टूथ है। जैसे-जैसे आप बड़े होते हैं, शिशु के दांत गिरते हैं। माँ ने जवाब दिया।
उपा : जब यह बाहर आता है तो मुझे अपने बेबी टूथ के साथ क्या करना चाहिए?
मा: आप इसे टूथ फेयरी के लिए छोड़ सकते हैं। इसे वह ले जाएगी और बदले में आपको एक उपहार देकर जाएगी।
उपा: टूथ फेयरी? वह मेरे दांत का क्या करेगी? वह इसे आकाश में ले जाएगी और इसे एक तारे में बदल देंगी! आपका दांत चमक जाएगा और रात को उज्ज्वल बना देगा।
उपा: टूथ फेयरी के बारे में सोचती रही, और उसने अपने ढीले दांत के बारे में चिंता करना बंद कर दिया। उस दिन बाद में, उपा ने एक कुरकुरे सेब को उठाया और जैसे ही उसे चबाया, उसका दांत बाहर आ गया।

माँ: जब आप रात को सोने जाओगी तो इस को अपने तकिए के नीचे रखना । जब आप सो रही होगी तब टूथ फेयरी आकर उसे ले जाएगी। वह आपके दाँत को एक तारे में बदल देंगी। और कुछ ही समय में, आप एक और दाँत विकसित करेंगे। नया दांत मजबूत होगा और वो आपके जीवन का हिस्सा रहेगा हमेशा के लिए।
सोते समय, उपा ने उसके तकिए के नीचे दांत रख दिया।
उपा : अलविदा, छोटे दाँत! जब आप एक स्टार ही जाओगे , टूथ फेयरी आ जाएगी और आपको ले जाएगी।
फिर उपा जल्दी सो गई। जब वह अगली सुबह उठी, तो उसने पाया कि वह दांत अब तकिये के नीचे नहीं था। उसने अपने तकिए के बगल में एक गिफ्ट भी देखा। जिसे चमकदार कागज में लपेटा गया था।
उपा: ह..? यहाँ एक उपहार है! मगर ये किसके लिए है!
मा: टूथ फेयरी ने तुम्हारे लिए छोडा है। उसने आपके लिए चिठ्ठी भी छोडी है।
उपा: वाक़ई?
उपा ने जल्दी से उपहार को खोला । वहा एक सुंदर गुड़िया थी। एक अच्छा नया टूथब्रश भी था।
उपा : अरे वाह! एक सुंदर गुड़िया! और यह टूथब्रश कितना प्यारा है! मुझे देखना है कि चिट्ठी ने क्या लिखा है।
उपा ने फिर चिठ्ठी पढ़ी। प्रिय उपा! आपका दांत अब एक चमकता सितारा है। आप इसके स्थान पर एक नया दांत विकसित करेंगे। आपको इसे और अपने सभी अन्य दांतों को अच्छी तरह से ब्रश करना चाहिए। हर दिन दो बार! आपको दूध पीना चाहिए और फल और सब्जियां भी खूब खानी चाहिए। यह आपके दांतों की देखभाल करने का सबसे अच्छा तरीका है।
उपा ने अपने दांतों की बहुत अच्छी देखभाल की। उसने दिन में दो बार उन्हें ब्रश किया। और जब भी वह सितारों को देखती, तो सोचती थी कि उनमें से कौन सा उसका दांत हैं।
Short bedtime story : Upa and tooth fairy
Upa had a loose tooth. And she was worried about what would happen when it came out. She asked her Mom, my tooth is wiggling. Will it come out? Yes, ChuChu Your wiggly tooth is a baby tooth. Baby teeth all fall out as you grow up. Mom replied.
Upa : What should I do with my baby tooth when it comes out?
Mom: You can leave it for the Tooth Fairy. She’ll take it and give you a gift in exchange.
Upa: The Tooth Fairy? What will she do with my tooth? She’ll take it to the sky and turn it into a star! Your tooth will twinkle and shine and make the night bright.
Upa : kept thinking about the Tooth Fairy, and she stopped worrying about her loose tooth. Later that day, Upa picked up a crunchy apple and just as she bit into it, her tooth came out.
Upa0: Huh? Mom, look! My tooth came out. Upa and her mother washed the tooth.
Mom: You must put this tooth under your pillow when you go to sleep tonight. The Tooth Fairy will come and take it while you’re sleeping. She’ll turn your tooth into a star. And in no time, you’ll grow another tooth. The new tooth will be stronger and last for the rest of your life.
At bedtime, Upa put the tooth under her pillow.
Upa: Goodbye, little tooth! The Tooth Fairy will come and take you I’ll see you again when you’re a star!
Then Upa fell fast asleep. When she woke up the next morning, she found that the tooth was no longer under her pillow. Huh? She also noticed a gift lying next to her pillow. It was wrapped in shiny paper.
Upa: Huh? There’s a gift here! I wonder who it's for!
Mom: The Tooth Fairy has left that for you, Upa. She’s also left you a note too.
Upa: Really?
Upa quickly unwrapped the gift. It was a beautiful doll. There was also a nice new toothbrush.
Upa: What a pretty doll! And this toothbrush is lovely! I wonder what the note says.
Upa then read the note. Dear Upa! Your tooth is now a shining star. You’ll grow a new tooth in its place. You must brush it and all your other teeth nicely. Twice every day! You must drink milk and eat plenty of fruits and vegetables too. That’s the best way to take care of your teeth.
Upa took very good care of her teeth. She brushed them twice a day. And whenever she looked at the stars, she wondered which one of them had been her tooth.
