एक बार एक गुरु ने अपने चार शिष्यों को एक - एक केला दिया और उन्हें कहा कि यह तब खाना जब तुम्हें कोई देख ना रहा हो।
अगले दिन जब ये सभी शिष्य अपने गुरु के पास वापस आए तब गुरु ने पूछा तुम को केला खाते हुए किसी ने देखा तो नहीं?
एक शिष्य ने बताया कि उसने एक अंधेरे कमरे में जाकर केला खाया और उसे ऐसा करते किसी ने भी नहीं देखा।
दूसरे शिष्य ने बताया कि उसने नदी के पानी के अंदर डुबकी लगाई और वहां पर जाकर केला खाया।
तीसरा शिष्य बोला मैंने तो अपने खुद के आंखों पर पट्टी बांधकर केला खाया यानी कि मैंने अपने आप को भी केला खाते हुए नहीं देखा।
आखरी शिष्य कुछ भी नहीं बोला और उसके हाथों में गुरु ने जो दिया था वह अकेला भी था।
गुरु ने पूछा - तुमने केला क्यों नहीं खाया?
शिष्य बोला - गुरु जी मैं कैसे खाता भला? मैं जहां भी जाता जल, जमीन उजाला या अंधकार मुझे आपके और भगवान के होने का एहसास हमेशा होता। मुझे कभी लगा ही नहीं कि मैं अकेला हूं! इसलिए मैं केला नहीं खा पाया।

दोस्तों, जीवन में हम कई छोटे मोटे गलत काम यह सोचकर कर देते हैं कि हमें कौन देख रहा है?
मगर याद रखिए यह हवा , आसमान, जल हो या जीवन ये सब अपने आप नहीं चलते इसे चलाने वाली जरूर कोई शक्ति है और वह हमेशा आपके साथ है,आप पर नज़र बनाए हुए हैं।
Moral story in English
Once a guru gave a banana to four of his disciples and told them to eat it when no one is watching you.
The next day when all these disciples came back to their guru, the guru asked if anyone saw you eating a banana?
A disciple told that he went to a dark room and ate a banana and no one saw him doing so.
Another disciple told that he took a dip in the water of the river and went there and ate a banana.
The third disciple said that I ate a banana with my own blindfold on, that is, I did not even see myself eating a banana.
The last disciple did not say anything. He was standing there with banana.
The master asked - why didn't you eat the banana?
The disciple said - Guru ji, how do I eat well? Wherever I went, water, land, light or darkness, I would always feel the presence of you and God. I never felt that I was alone! That's why I couldn't eat bananas.
Moral of the story
Friends, in life, we do many minor wrong things thinking that who is watching us?
But remember, whether it is wind, sky, water or life, all this does not go on its own, there is definitely some power to run it and it is always with you, keeping an eye on you.
